Email and text automations

We are now about to ask you about your terms and conditions and your FAQ's. You should think about your top 5 questions or issues that come up and note these down in simple, straightforward language. At the bottom of the email that these will go on, there is a link for the client to read the full terms and conditions. Remember, keep it simple.

Eg. Cancellations and Missed Classes This booking is for a specific course starting on a specific day for a specified number of sessions with limited numbers, we will be unable to move you to another course if you are unable to attend individual sessions, so please ensure that you make arrangements to attend ALL sessions.
Eg. Refunds: If you change your mind about the classes, you are able to cancel and receive a refund up to 7 days BEFORE the first class starts. If you wish to cancel within 7 days of the first class, we will attempt to resell your space and if successful, be able to refund you. We are unable to make refunds once the course starts as we are unable to resell a place for part of a course. This does not affect your consumer rights.
Eg. Dogs that are Unsuitable for Classes: Some dogs may not be suitable for a class environment, these include dogs that bark and lunge at other dogs who are too anxious to eat during class or are generally disruptive to the class. Although we will try to accommodate the needs of all dogs in attendance with the use of barriers and separate areas, there may be occasions where you are asked to leave and book 1:1 sessions in order to rectify your dog's issues, which will be at extra cost.
Eg. Photos and Videos During Classes: We may take photos and videos of you and your dog during classes for advertising purposes, which may then be posted to social media, websites and other advertising platforms. Please let your trainer know if you do not wish to be included in the photos.
Eg. Can Children Attend The Class? Although we encourage the whole family to get involved in their dog's training, we ask that children under the age of 8 do not attend the classes. Children in attendance must be supervised at all times and be kept away from other dogs within the class. Children in attendance must not be allowed to disrupt the class and may be asked to leave if they become disruptive. Some dogs may be nervous around children, scared of them running around or making loud noises so please respect the other attendees within the class.
